Gooey Brownie Pie

Ingredients
- For the Pie
- 1 store-bought or homemade pie crust
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- For the Topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan, pressing it gently into the sides.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is just set but still gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let the pie cool completely.
- Once the pie has cooled, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
- Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie for an extra chocolatey goodness
