Crockpot Buttery Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound of stew meat or steak
- Seasoning of choice
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 bag of baby yellow potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- Garlic
- 1 stick of butter
Directions
- Add pound of beef to crock pot
- Add seasoning and packet of onion soup mix
- Add cup beef broth and mix everything together.
- Add potatoes and half of onion
- Add garlic and stick of butter
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
