Ingredients

  • 1 taza de hojas verdes (lechugas, espinacas, arúgula, etc.)
  • ½ cucharadita de aceite de oliva.
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 1 pizca de pimienta
  • 1 cucharadita de almendras fileteadas (opcional)

Directions

  • 1. Lava bien los vegetales y déjalos secar.
  • 2. Pon las hojas verdes en un recipiente y adereza con aceite de oliva, pimienta y sal.
  • 3. Agrega las almendras fileteadas si lo deseas.
