Directions
- This can be used with any type of meat.
 - Place 1 chicken breast in each pint jar.
 - wipe down your rim with vinegar
 - pressure can for 90 mins
 
Notes
- you can season if you want.
 - When I can my meat if I am using it for sandwhich meat I can the pieces whole. So I throw in 1 whole chicken breast in a pint jar for each person, if I am canning for 2 people I throw in 2 breasts. same for ham, pork, beef etc...
