Sous vide cheesecake in jars

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3/8 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1tbsp flour
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Crust:
- 3 iced oatmeal cookies crushed
- Or 6tbsp grahm cracker crumbs
- 3tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Make sure all ingredients are room temp. Mix in egg last and just mix and don't over mix.
- Place in sous vide at 175 degrees for 1 ½ hours in finger tight jars
