Sous vide cheesecake in jars

Cook time: 1 hour 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3/8 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Crust:
  • 3 iced oatmeal cookies crushed
  • Or 6tbsp grahm cracker crumbs
  • 3tbsp melted butter

Directions

  • Make sure all ingredients are room temp. Mix in egg last and just mix and don't over mix.
  • Place in sous vide at 175 degrees for 1 ½ hours in finger tight jars
