Honey Garlic Sausage Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/4 cup honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until softened.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, penne pasta, honey, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until pasta is tender.
- Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and mix well with the pasta mixture.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving hot.
