Beef taco meat

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or meat of choice
- ½ cup Chopped onion
- 1 chopped Serrano pepper (add more for more heat)
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Mexican Oregano
- 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup Beef broth (adjust for different proteins)
- Additional salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. In a pan over medium high heat, add oil to your pan. Sauté onions and serrano for 5 mins. Pushover to one side, and add beef and ground.
- 2. Add garlic and tomatoes. Mix to combine.
- 3. Add all seasoning and broth and mix to combine. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 mins. Taste and add more salt if needed.
- 4. Have with crunchy/soft tacos, tostadas, and taco salads.
