Pepper Belly Pete's Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 3 oz Williams original chili seasoning
- 1 Large Onion
- 3 Jalapeños
- 6 cloves garlic
- 44 oz Diced tomatoes
- 4 oz hatch green chiles
- 44 oz tomato sauce
- 3 cans Bush’s Chili Magic Chili Starter (Medium)
- 2 Cans Ranch Beans
- 1 28 oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
Directions
- 1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
- 2. Add Tomato Paste
- 3. Add Breakfast Sausage (brown but don’t drain)
- 4. Add Chili seasoning
- 5. Add Diced Onion, Jalapeños, and garlic
- 6. Cook down until veggies are soft.
- 7. Add diced and stewed tomatoes
- 8. Add chiles
- 9. Add tomato sauce
- 10. Simmer for 1 hour
- 11. Add Cans of beans (undrained)
- 12. Simmer for at least 30 minutes more
