Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 4 carrots, diced
- 4 celery, diced
- ½ Bunch green onion, diced
- 4 garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- ½ Lemon squeezed
- 4tbsp butter
- Thyme
- Bay leaves
- S&P
- 3 containers of Chicken Stock
- Rotisserie Chicken
- Tonys
- Star noodles or egg noodles
Directions
- Need: Dutch Oven
- 1. Put shallots, onions, celery, carrots, green onions, and butter in pot and sauté. Add in S&P, Thyme, and bay leaves. Let cook for 10-20 minutes until fragrant.
- 2. Add in chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add chicken and noodles and let cook on medium for 30minutes at minimum. Stir occasionally so noodles don’t stick. Serve and ENJOY!! 😋
