Ingredients

  • Zutaten:
  • 1 kleine Knoblauchzehe
  • 4 Scheiben Bauernbrot
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 4 Scheiben gekochter Schinken
  • 8 Scheiben Schweinefilet
  • 4 Frühlingszwiebeln
  • Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver
  • 4 Scheiben Bergkäse
  • 2 Tomaten
  • 4 EL geriebenen Bergkäse

Directions

  • Zubereitung: 1. Die Knoblauchzehe schälen und fein würfeln.
  • Das Brot in der Butter von beiden Seiten knusprig anbraten. Den Knoblauch kurz dazu geben. Herausnehmen und beiseite stellen.
  • 2. Den Schinken in der Pfanne kross anbraten.
  • Herausnehmen und die Filets von beiden Seiten kurz anbraten. Die Frühlingszwiebeln waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Zu den Filets geben, kurz mitbraten und pikant würzen.
  • 3. Den Schinken auf den Brotscheiben verteilen.
  • Die Käsescheiben darauflegen. Die Tomaten waschen, in Scheiben schneiden und würzen.
  • Auf die Käsescheiben legen. Die Filets mit den Frühlingszwiebeln darüber verteilen und mit dem geriebenen Käse bestreuen.
  • 4. Kurz überbacken.
  • Backzeit: ca. 10 Min. bei 200 °C (180 °C Heißluft)
