Ingredients
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (toasted?)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate or carob chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup flax/chia/hemp/buckwheat groats
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup safflower oil
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper cleanup). Set aside.
