Ingredients
- Bacon Jam
- 1/2 lb diced bacon
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
Directions
- 1. Cook the bacon, remove, drain all but about 2 Tbsp grease.
- 2. Saute onions and garlic.
- 3. Add in the rest including the bacon and cook all together for about 5 minutes to cook down the vinegar and caramelize the sugars.
