Korean Chicken and Rice with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1½ cup water
- 1tsp Vegetable Better Than Bouillon
- 1 cup Basmati or Long Grain rice
- 2 pkgs Isernio’s Korean BBQ diced Chicken Thigh Meat
- 2 crowns of broccoli
- ¼ tsp ground mustard
- ¼ cup green onion
- 1tsp pure maple syrup
Directions
- Rinse rice in pan and drain until water isn’t milky
- Add 1½ cup water to pan
- Add 1 tsp bouillon
- Mix and bring to a boil
- Lower heat and cover with lid
- Let rice cook down, about 15 min and then fluff with fork
- Heat chicken in pan until cooked through
- Steam broccoli for 3-5 minutes, sprinkle with ¼ tsp of ground mustard after steamed
- Add rice and chicken to a bowl and top with broccoli and green onion and maple syrup, serve hot.
