Ingredients

500 gram gemengd gehakt
2 eieren
zout, peper, nootmuskaat
paneelmeel
braadboter
bruine basissaus.

Directions

In de keukenmachine met mengstuk gehakt, kruiden en eieren mengen.
Paneermeel beetje bij beetje toevoegen tot het gehakt 'verzadigd' is, d.w.z. tot het gehakt vast aan elkaar hangt.
Gehaktballen vormen naar gewenste grootte en een half uurtje laten rusten.
Braad de gehaktballen aan in hete boter en kleur ze aan alle zijden.
Haal de gehaktballen uit de braadpan en verwijder het braadvet.
Doe de bruine basissaus in de pan en breng zachtjes aan de kook.
Doe de gehaktballen terug in de pan en laat zachtjes sudderen tot ze gaar zijn (ongeveer 15 minuten)
