Vanilla protein milkshake

Ingredients

  • ⁃ 1 frozen banana
  • ⁃ 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • ⁃ 2 dates (25 g)
  • ⁃ Ice cubes
  • ⁃ 10 g erythritol
  • ⁃ Splash of water

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Add a little bit of water just to blend, don’t add to much, because then it won’t be as thick.
  • Add as much ice cubes as needed until you have the desired consistency.
  • Enjoy
