Vanilla protein milkshake

Ingredients
- ⁃ 1 frozen banana
- ⁃ 30 g vanilla protein powder
- ⁃ 2 dates (25 g)
- ⁃ Ice cubes
- ⁃ 10 g erythritol
- ⁃ Splash of water
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Add a little bit of water just to blend, don’t add to much, because then it won’t be as thick.
- Add as much ice cubes as needed until you have the desired consistency.
- Enjoy
