Lemon-Dill Walnut crusted Halibut

Ingredients
- •Halibut
- •S&P
- •Minced Garlic
- Crust:
- •1cup walnuts, chopped
- •1cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- •½ cup Parmesan, grated
- •1tbsp horseradish
- •1tbsp dijon mustard
- •1tbsp fresh dill
- •1 lemon, zested
- •2tbsp melted butter
- Sauce:
- •3tbsp butter
- •1tbsp fresh dill
- •1tbsp shallots or green onions
- •½ cup white wine
- •1 lemon, squeezed
- •S&P
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with Aluminum foil. Season halibut with S&P and garlic.
- 2. Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl. Adhere on top of halibut pieces by pressing gently. Drizzle with olive oil
- 3. Combine all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and let simmer.
- 4. Add halibut in oven and cook for 12-15 minutes. Squeeze lemon on top when done!
- 5. Serve sauce over halibut!!
