Pudín de chía con fruta fresca

Ingredients

  • 2 tazas de leche de coco baja en azúcar (o leche de almendra)
  • ¾ taza de semillas de chía
  • ½ cucharadita de canela
  • ½ cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • ¼ taza de fresas picadas o mango picado o moras

Directions

  • En un tazón mediano mezcla todos los ingredientes excepto la fruta.
  • Déjalo en la nevera de 4 a 6 horas o toda la noche.
  • Decóralo al servir con la fruta previamente picada.

Notes

  • 1 persona = 3 tbsp chia
  • 1 persona = 2 fresas
