Ariel’s crispy tofu burrito with her signature spicy mayo
Sandwich/burger, Wrap • Mushroom, Peppers, Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu- grated and squeezed to drain water
- Paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt , pepper
- 2-3 TBSP olive oil
- Flatten on parchment lined baking sheet
- Cook at 400-425 degrees for 20-30 mins (check for crispness)
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Red & yellow pepper, sliced
- Sautee with olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper
- WW tortilla
- Add vegan mayo, crispy tofu, sautéed veggies and chopped green onion
- Fold into pocket
- Cook in panini press until crispy
- For dipping sauce:
- Vegan mayo (4-5TBSP) & vegan sour cream (2-3 TBSP)
- Juice of half lemon
- Chilli powder (“Way more than you think you need”)
- Salt & Pepper
