Ingredients

Wir benötigen:
4 Baguette-Brötchen oder 2 Stangen Baguettebrot
geriebenen Käse (Gouda oder Emmentaler oder gemischt) – 2 Tüten
Schmelzkäse – 1 Packung
Schmand – 1 Becher
Prosciutto Cotto (gekochter Schinken) – 1 Packung
Schnittlauch
Salz / Pfeffer wer es etwas stärker mag

Directions

Die Zutaten werden in einer Schüssel zusammengerührt und auf halbierte oder in Scheiben geschnittene Baguette-Brötchen oder -Stangen aufgetragen. Als Option kann man einige Scheiben Ananas kleinschneiden und ebenfalls untermischen. Etwas Ananas-Saft bringt etwas mehr Süße auf das Brot.
Statt Schinken und/oder Ananas sind natürlich auch Thunfisch, Speck, Zwiebeln, etc. möglich. Alles was einem schmeckt!
Backofen auf 200 Grad Unter-/Oberhitze vorheizen und so lange backen, bis der Belag eine schöne braune Farbe hat.
