Crème Fraishe & Tomato Dip

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup garlic cloves
- Fresh Rosemary
- 3tbsp Olive Oil
- Chili Pepper flakes
- ⅓ Cup Cannellini Beans
- S&P
- 2tbsp Creme Fraiche
- Ciabatta Bread
- Italian Seasoning
- 1tsp butter, melted
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. In a baking dish add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, chili flakes, S&P. Bake for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
- 3. Once done. Remove rosemary, mash garlic and tomatoes together. Add in beans, bake 10 more minutes. Add a little oil if needed.
- 4. Take out, top with crème fraiche and serve with Toast!!
