Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Pineapple rings
- Maraschino cherries
- Cake:
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Melt butter in pan; add brown sugar.
- Arrange pineapple and cherries.
- Beat eggs; add sugar, juice, vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients; mix smooth.
- Pour batter over fruit.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Invert and serve warm.
