Honeyed Strawberry Ricotta Crostini

Ingredients
- Baguette or crostini
- Fresh ricotta cheese
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Honey
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, blend fresh ricotta cheese with honey according to your taste.
- Generously spread the ricotta mixture over each piece of toasted bread.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top and, if you like, drizzle some extra honey and balsamic glaze over them.
- For an added touch, sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top.
- Serve the crostini right away and enjoy!
