Ingredients

  • Zutaten für 4 Portionen:
  • 250g Kirschtomaten
  • 125g Mozzarella
  • 4 Hähnchenbrustfilets (à ca. 150g)
  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • Pfeffer
  • Salz
  • 300g Sahne
  • 100g grünes Pesto

Directions

  • Zubereitung:
  • Kirschtomaten waschen, putzen und halbieren. Mozzarella in kleine Würfel schneiden.
  • Hähnchenbrustfilets abbrausen und trocken tupfen. Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Filets darin 5-6 Min. braten. Filets mit Salz sowie Pfeffer würzen, herausnehmen. Sahne in die Pfanne zum Bratensatz gießen und kurz aufkochen. Anschließend das Pesto zugeben. Sauce mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
  • Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft 160 Grad) vorheizen.
  • Filets in eine gefettete Auflaufform geben. Sauce darüber gießen und mit Tomaten sowie Mozzarellawürfeln bestreuen.
  • Im Ofen ca. 15 Min. backen. Herausnehmen und nach Wunsch mit Basilikum garniert servieren.
