Protein pancakes

Ingredients
- - 1/2 banana
- ⁃ Egg
- ⁃ 15 g oatmeal flour
- ⁃ 25 g vanilla protein powder
- ⁃ Baking powder
- ⁃ 3 g ESN flavor: black and white cookie sandwich
- ⁃ 10 g erythritol
- ⁃ 1/3 cup water
- ⁃ 150 g low-fat quark
- ⁃ ESN scoop
- ⁃ 5 g erythritol
- ⁃ 1-2 tbsp water
- ⁃ tsp low-fat quark
Directions
- Mash the banana in a bowl, break in the egg and add 50 quark, mix.
- Add the dry ingredients. Then add the water to desired consistency.
- Put some olive spray in a pan and make a pancake of about 2 large tablespoons.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
- Place all the pancakes on top of each other. Place some quark next to it and pour the sauce over it. Top it off with some fruit.
