Protein pancakes

Ingredients

  • - 1/2 banana
  • ⁃ Egg
  • ⁃ 15 g oatmeal flour
  • ⁃ 25 g vanilla protein powder
  • ⁃ Baking powder
  • ⁃ 3 g ESN flavor: black and white cookie sandwich
  • ⁃ 10 g erythritol
  • ⁃ 1/3 cup water
  • ⁃ 150 g low-fat quark
  • ⁃ ESN scoop
  • ⁃ 5 g erythritol
  • ⁃ 1-2 tbsp water
  • ⁃ tsp low-fat quark

Directions

  • Mash the banana in a bowl, break in the egg and add 50 quark, mix.
  • Add the dry ingredients. Then add the water to desired consistency.
  • Put some olive spray in a pan and make a pancake of about 2 large tablespoons.
  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Place all the pancakes on top of each other. Place some quark next to it and pour the sauce over it. Top it off with some fruit.
