Bladerdeeg
ei
marsepein
appel
rozijnen
citroen
suiker

Directions

Gebruik net genoeg marsepein om de bladerdeeglapjes mee te bestrijken nadat het wat verdund is met wat losgeroerd ei.
Maak kleine plakjes bladerdeeg en bestrijk het middendeel met het losse marsepein.
Appel schillen, klokhuis verwijderen en in kleine blokjes snijden.
Verhit de oven op 200 graden.
Meng de appelblokjes met rozijnen en citroensap.
Leg een lepel van deze vulling op ieder bladerdeegplakje en vouw dicht.
Schik ze op een bakplaat met bakpapier en bestrijk met losgeroerd ei.
Bestrooi lichtjes met suiker.
Plaats in de hete oven voor 15 à 20 minuten.
Laat iets afkoelen op een rooster en bestrooi met poedersuiker.
Ze zijn het lekkerst als ze lauwwarm zijn.
