Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Louisiana or Frank’s)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey for balance
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust for heat
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the spicy butter sauce, coating evenly.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot!
