Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Louisiana or Frank’s)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey for balance
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust for heat
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper.
  • Toss shrimp in the spicy butter sauce, coating evenly.
  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot!
