- Ingredients For The Pumpkin Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned) or steamed pumpkin
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 Tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1 large spoonful of plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (or water). I used whole milk for this recipe.
Directions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I like to use my Nutribullet or Magic Bullet for smoothies like this – it’s easy cleanup and you can drink it from the cup it blends in.
- 2. If you’re not using a frozen banana then add a few ice cubes. This makes one smoothie or two small toddler smoothies.
- 3. This is a good smoothie recipe for toddlers, kids, and adults! It’s perfect for fall or anytime of the year.
- 4. Pumpkin is high in Vitamin A, a good source of Vitamin C and antioxidants. It’s also high in fiber so it will keep you fuller longer.
