
Parmesan & Spinach Cheese Twists

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle chopped spinach, Parmesan, and mozzarella evenly over half of the pastry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press lightly to seal.
- Cut into 1-inch strips, twist each strip gently, and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush twists with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
