Ingredients

Ingrediënten:
Kruimige aardappelen
boter
volle melk
zout, peper en nootmuskaat
andijvie
gerookte spekblokjes

Directions

Aardappelen in gelijkmatige stukken snijden en gaarkoken.
Andijvie goed wassen en drogen. Het onderste gedeelte van de harde nerven wegsnijden.
Andijvie in dunne reepjes snijden.
Spekblokjes bakken.
De aardappelen afgieten en even drogen op een laag vuurtje (opschudden).
Volle melk (net genoeg om een smeuïge puree te krijgen) en een klont boter aan de kook laten komen.
de gare aardappelen met een pureestamper mengen met de melk-boter samenstelling.
Andijvie en gebakken spekblokjes goed mengen met de aardappelpuree en op smaak brengen.

Notes

Recept voor een populaire stamppot, althans in Nederland. Stamppot andijvie, hoeft niet perse met spekblokjes maar zo eet ik hem wel het liefst.
