M's Vegan Chick'n Parmesan

Main Dish • Dairy Free, Easy, Meatless
Serving size: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 crispy Breaded meatless chicken patties (Simple Truth or other brand)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/4 cup pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounces) grated Vegan Parmesan cheese (such as Follow Your Heart, or Violife)
  • 1/3 cup 1.5 ounces) shredded vegan mozzarella cheese (Such as So Delicious, or Violife)

Directions

  • 1. Season Meatless Patties with oregano, Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 2. Cook Meatless patties according to package Directions. When you turn them over, half way through the cooking time; (you should have about 10 minutes left) Top the patties with the marinara, and shredded vegan cheeses. Return the patties to the oven and cook the remaining 10 to 12 minutes. until cheeses are melted and patties are cooked the proper time.
  • 3. Serve with vegan pasta or what ever you like.
