Balsamic Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning such as McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- 1. In a shallow dish, combine the balsamic vinegar, about 2 tablespoons olive oil, and the grill seasoning. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes but not longer than 1 hour.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 Tablespoons oil olive oil, or canola oil. Add chicken breasts to the pan and cook until just cooked through. about 7 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat.
