Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cup rolled quick cooking oats
- Splash of vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Large handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Grease pan and cook as normal.
- Store in fridge for up to a week.
