Asian Microwave Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- Put 1/2 cup of rice in a mug.
- Pour enough water in the mug to cover the rice completely
- Cover with plastic wrap, then cook on high for 7 minutes.
Directions
- 1. Now just throw a handful of frozen stir-fry veggies in the mix with a splash of soy sauce, stir fry or teriyaki sauce and microwave on high for 1 more minute.
