Ingredients

  • Pint Size Jar
  • 2 large egg at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
  • 1 cup (240 ml) neutral flavored oil, grapeseed, sunflower or canola are best. I use regular Vegetable oil which makes it taste like Helms
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, optional

  • Blend with hand blender
