Soy Free Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 Shallot, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Coconut amino acids (Healthy sub for soy sauce)
- Ginger Root
- Shredded Carrots
- Romaine Lettuce, washed and pat dry
- Cashews or chestnuts
- Seasonings:
- - Sesame Seed Oil
- - Salt & Pepper
- - PP Poultry Seasoning
- - Garlic Powder
- - Badia Complete Seasoning
- - Honey
- - Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Need: Large Skillet
- 1. Add chicken to skillet with Seasame seed oil. Season chicken with Salt, Pepper, Poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and Badia. Let cook about half way
- 2. Add in a little more sesame oil, diced shallots, fresh minced garlic, red bell pepper and green onions. Let cook down a little
- 3. Add 1/4 cup of Amino Acids and honey to thicken. Grate Ginger root until desired taste. Let cook a few minutes.
- 4. Lastly add in carrots and let all marry together.
- 5. Stuff your lettuce boats with mixture, top with sesame seed and crushed cashews (or water chestnuts if you have a nut allergy)
