Chunky monkey ice cream

Ingredients
- ⁃ 1/2 banana
- - 25 g vanilla protein powder
- ⁃ 100 mL milk
- ⁃ 150 mL water
- ⁃ 20 g erythritol
- Extras
- ⁃ 5 g walnuts
- ⁃ 10 g dark chocolate in pieces
- ⁃ 10 g dried dates
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender and blend.
- Pour the mixture into an ice tray and freeze for at least 16 hours.
- Remove the ice cream container from the freezer. Hold it under the warm tap for a minute (ensures a good result in one go)
- Place it in the Ninja Creami on light ice cream setting. When the ice cream is good, make a hole in the center and put in the chocolate, walnuts and dried dates.
