Chunky monkey ice cream

Ingredients

  • ⁃ 1/2 banana
  • - 25 g vanilla protein powder
  • ⁃ 100 mL milk
  • ⁃ 150 mL water
  • ⁃ 20 g erythritol
  • Extras
  • ⁃ 5 g walnuts
  • ⁃ 10 g dark chocolate in pieces
  • ⁃ 10 g dried dates

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender and blend.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice tray and freeze for at least 16 hours.
  • Remove the ice cream container from the freezer. Hold it under the warm tap for a minute (ensures a good result in one go)
  • Place it in the Ninja Creami on light ice cream setting. When the ice cream is good, make a hole in the center and put in the chocolate, walnuts and dried dates.
  • Press extras
  • Enjoy
