Ingredients
- 8oz cheddar
- 8oz Monterrey Jack
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- shredded rotisserie chicken
- Buffalo seasoning
- Buffalo sauce (BWW Medium)
- ranch
Directions
- 1. Grate 8oz cheddar and 8oz Monterrey Jack.
- 2. Shred a rotisserie chicken.
- 3. Layer 2 blocks cream cheese in cast iron and season with Buffalo seasoning.
- 4. Add shredded chicken and another layer of seasoning.
- 5. Drizzle Buffalo sauce and ranch.
- 6. Top with cheese, press down and smoke at 350°F for 35 minutes.
