Dye Free Black Buttercream Icing

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter - unsalted at room temp
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup dark black cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp whole milk - at room temp
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Whip butter using mixer until creamy.
- Add sifted powdered sugar and cocoa
- Add in vanilla, whole milk, and pinch of salt
- Continue whipping until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Store overnight in airtight container.
Notes
- Make 24 hours in advance to let it sit and become darker (black)
