Beer Barbecue sauce, by Dave Leiberman

Ingredients
- ½ cup A-1 Steak sauce
- ½ cup bourbon or beer
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar (I use a tablespoon or two)
- 1 teaspoon whole grain such as Inglehoffer or Dijon mustard
- 2 pinches of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper (start with about 1/4 teaspoon first then taste)
Directions
- 1. eat all the ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming. Cool. The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
