Nut Rolls

Ingredients
- 10 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 lb Crisco (butter flavored)
- 2 Cups Canned Milk
- 1 Whole Yeast (whole cake)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 Whole Egg (Beaten)
- Use 1/2 of the milk to dissolve yeast
Directions
- Mix flour and crisco. Add beaten eggs and mix lightly. Then add yeast, milk, vanilla, sugar and mix lightly to a smooth dough. Refrigerate the dough overnight. Divide dough into approximately 5 balls. Roll out on a sugared and lightly floured surface. Should be thin but not see through. Spread with a thin layer of nut filling mixture. Cut in strips and smaller oblong shapes and roll up. Roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Watch closely, as they will burn.
