Sheet Pan Ranch Dusted Pork Chops and Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
- 2 Bone in Pork Chops
- 1 Green Veggie - Green Beans, Broccolini, or any other green vegie
- 1 pack Shitaki Mushrooms
- 1 Sweet Potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 Bunch Green Onions
- Roasted Garlic
- 2 slices of butter
- Seasoning:
- - Ranch Packet
- - Salt and Pepper
- - Magic Pork Seasoning
- - Kinder's Butter seasoning
- - Fresh Parsley
Directions
- *Pre-heat oven to 350
- 1. In large bowl combine green Veggies, Sweet Potatoes, and mushrooms. Coat wil Avocado Oil, S&P, McCormick Garlic and Herb, and Badia. Toss together until coated evenly.
- 2. Put pork chops in foil boat on one side of pan. Cut slices in pork chop for juices to soak in. Season both sides with Kinders, Pork Chop Seasoning, 1/4 ranch packet and put on top of roasted garlic and green onions
- 3. Add Veggies to other side of pan
- 4. Let cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes until Pork Chops internal temperature reads 183. Take out, let rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with Parsley and serve!
