Hibachi Rice

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups cooked rice, cold (I used Uncle Ben’s microwave Family size Jasmine Rice)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- Black pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Soy sauce to liking
Directions
- Need: Wok or large sauce pan
- 1. Add in some vegetable oil and onions, cook till translucent. Add in garlic and cook 3 minutes.
- 2. Add in cooked, cold rice and seasonings and cook till combined.
- 3. Push rice to the side, add in butter and eggs. Once scrambled add into rice mixture. Add in sour cream sauce to taste.
- 4. Could also add in cooked shrimp, chicken or other vegetables!
