Ground Turkey Harvest Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb of Turkey Ground Meat
- 1 tsp of Butter
- 1 Shallot, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 bunch of Green Onions
- 1 Sweet Potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 Delicata Squash, deseeded and cut (leave skin on)
- 1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 Bag of green peas (fresh or frozen)
- Parmesan
- 1 container of Goat Cheese Crumbles
- Seasonings:
- - Honey
- - Nutmeg
- - Badia Complete Seasoning
- - McCormick Garlic and Herb
- - Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Needed: 15" Iron Skillet
- Pre-Heat oven to 350
- 1. Saute' butter, half of the green onions, and garlic. Let cook down for a few minutes.
- 2. Add in sweet potato and delicate squash with all seasonings. Cover and let cook down 10 minutes.
- 3. Push veggies to one side and add in turkey ground meat and season with S&P, Badia, and Garlic & Herb. Once cooked, mix all together.
- 4. Add in bag of peas, more honey, grate in parmesan and 1/2 container of goat cheese crumbles.
- 5. Put in the oven for 20 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
- 6. Removes, sprinkle with more parmesan and the rest of your green onions. Serve and Enjoy!
