Ingredients
- Throw 1/2 cup of rice in ze mug.
- Crack open a can of black beans and pour the bean juices over the rice (tastes about 4,700 times better than it sounds). Be sure to add water if the juices don’t cover all the rice!
Directions
- 1. Nuke for 6 minutes, then add 1/4 cup of the beans, a pinch (or a bunch—nobody’s stopping you) of Daiya vegan cheese, some salsa, and some tortilla chips. Heat for 1 more minute, then add a dollop of vegan sour cream and some avocado for an explosion of NOM.
- 2. P.S.-There is such a thing as microwaveable rice. Who knew?
