Chicken and Broccoli Spaghetti Squash Boat

Ingredients
- •Chicken Breast
- •broccoli
- •spaghetti squash (only 1 is needed for 2 people)
- •⅓ block of cream cheese, room temp
- •½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- •1½ cup Mozzerella Cheese
- •½ cup Parmesan
- •Olive Oil
- •Poultry Magic Seasoning
- •S&P
- •Garlic Powder
- •Badia Complete Seasoning
Directions
- 1. Cut up chicken and broccoli in small cubes. Lay in sections on pan and drizzle with olive oil and all seasonings.
- 2. Cut spaghetti squash and deseed the inside. Drizzle with olive oil, S&P, flip upside down on the pan.
- 3. Cook on 375 for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked and spaghetti squash can be pierced with a fork.
- 4. Flip boats right side up to let cool. Transfer chicken and broccoli to bowl to mix with cream cheese, yogurt, and cheeses (save some mozzarella for the top). Mix all together, add in noodles from boats
- 5. Add mixture back to the boats, top with mozzarella and bake on 350 for another 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
