Quick and Easy Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1 Italian mix meat (premade or store bought) ground beef, Italian sausage and veal
- 2 Shallots, finely diced
- 2 celery sticks, finely diced
- 2 carrots, finely diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 ½ cup Milk
- 2 cups Kettle and Fire Beef Broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup creamy Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 pkg Pappardelle noodles
- Parmesan to garnish
Directions
- Need: Low Dutch oven
- 1. Sauté shallots, carrots, celery, red pepper, S&P and garlic until translucent. Add in meat, cover cook until brown.
- 2. Add in tomato paste, milk, beef broth, diced tomatoes, dried oregano, and bring to a boil.
- 3. Add noodles on top, slowly work them in. Be careful not to break them. May need to put the top on to let them steam to soften.
- 4. Once pasta is softened and cooked. Add in heavy cream and cheese. Let cook 7-10 more minutes, garnish with Parmesan and serve! ENJOY 😋
