Beef Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 lb beef stew meat, cut into 3/4" cubes
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 jar (12 oz) fat-free beef gravy
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tube (8 oz) reduced-fat crescent rolls
Directions
- Optional: cut meat and potatoes night before, put whole pot in fridge with gravy. Add veggies in the morning
- 1. Combine beef, potatoes, vegetables, salt, and gravy in 6 quart slow cooker.
- 2. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours
- 3. Add water if necessary. Unroll crescent dough and blanket over top of stew. Cover. Cook on high, 45 min more until top is golden.
