Ingredients
- They are fairly cheap and can yield 8 to 10 meals.
- First slice off the breasts and leg & thigh portions, those along with a couple of side dishes will create 4 meals.
- Then pick the remaining meat from the bones and put in a zip lock bag. you can either keep the bones and boil them off to make chicken stock or toss them. *See notes if you want to make stock/broth with the bones.
- The meat picked from the bones can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for use later. you can make casseroles, soups, wraps, chicken salad, pizza, salads, etc.
