Shrimp Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, leave tails on
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp (+/-) minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Directions
- Place all marinade ingredients in a resealable freezer bag & whisk or shake to combine. Add the shrimp & shake to coat it with the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
- Cooking options:
- Saute shrimp in the marinade. Option to double the recipe & add a little cornstarch for more/thicker sauce for serving with rice, etc.
- Broil or grill; heat leftover marinade & drizzle on top for serving.
- Cook 2-3 minutes each side until opaque.
