Ingredients

Wir benötigen:
Baguette-Brötchen oder Stangen Baguettebrot
Rindergehacktes
Schafskäse
Cocktail-Tomaten (oder Andere)
Salz, Pfeffer
geriebenen Käse (Gouda, Emmentaler oder auch Cheddar)

Directions

Die Cocktail-Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden. Den Schafkäse in Würfel schneiden, in einer Schüssel mit dem Gehackten vermengen. Das Salz (aber Vorsicht! Der Schafkäse ist auch schon recht salzig) und den Pfeffer hinzugeben und abschmecken.
Die Mischung auf die halbierten oder in Scheiben geschnittenen Baguette-Brötchen oder -Stangen aufgetragen. Die Cocktail-Tomatenscheiben oben auf die Mischung legen und das Ganze mit dem geriebenen Käse (oder stattdessen mit Cheddar-Streifen) belegen. Variationen gibt es viele. Alles was einem schmeckt!
Den Backofen auf 200 Grad Unter-/Oberhitze vorheizen und so lange backen, bis der Belag eine schöne braune Farbe hat.
